Its now the 2nd day of no coffee policy for me.
Before that I only limit my intake in the morning then another one in the evening before 5pm.
But now its totally no coffee for me. Drinking tea as the main hot intake and cordials for the cold ones. Now I am looking at the internet for the good (any?) and bad of coffee taking.
The bad ones which I am to eliminate
1. Anxiety - hard to breathe (yes it can come to this), stress, heart beat faster, easily agitated
2. Hard to sleep or did not fully sleep when "sleeping"
